What are we waiting for

What are we waiting for? We know we are waiting for the return of Jesus, but just what is it that we are waiting for? Are we waiting to be called away by an angel any moment now, secretly and silently as far as our neighbours and workmates are concerned, before the great tribulation spoken of by Jesus comes on the world? When Jesus comes with power and great glory, will we be with him as he comes? Many would answer “Yes” to those questions. But what does the Bible say about these things? |
